General instructions

1. Application must submitted within 15 days from the publication of advertisment.
2. All appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing recruitment rules / policy of the federal government.
3. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules.
4. Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting applications.
5. Eligibility of candidates will be determined on the basis of his / her academic qualification as given against each post.
6. A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying online separately for each post.
7.  Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interview.
8. Candidates must present original documents along with set of attested copy of all relevant documents at the time of interview.
9. Applicants already in government service must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview.
10. Incomplete applications and applications received after due date will not be entertained.
11. No TA/ DA will be admissible for the test and interview.
12. Applications submitted by hands will not be accepted.
13. The Department of National Archives Of Pakistan reserves the right  to cancel the recruitment process.
